Community Resource Navigation at JTM Haven House means you never have to figure everything out alone in Indianapolis. I sit down with each resident to map out real-world needs: steady work, school or training options, reliable transportation, food support, health and recovery services, and longer-term housing steps.

Instead of handing you a list of phone numbers, I connect you to specific agencies and programs that fit your situation. That might look like an appointment with a workforce center that welcomes people with records, a referral to a food pantry near your bus line, or guidance on applying for benefits and ID.

I also help you understand what each program actually offers, what paperwork you will need, and how to follow up so you do not lose your place in line. My goal is to make the community feel smaller, clearer, and more manageable, so you can focus on daily progress without feeling buried in confusing systems.
