Reentry & Transition Support at JTM Haven House is designed for adults stepping out of incarceration, treatment, or unstable housing who know they cannot just go back to the same environment. I offer a structured, drug-free home paired with day-to-day guidance so you have a safe place to land while you rebuild.

Here, you live with others who are also starting over. House rules and expectations are clear, giving enough structure to keep you on track without feeling like you are still in a facility. I help residents connect with probation or parole, meet court requirements, and stay organized with appointments.

Alongside stable housing, you can access employment support, life-skills coaching, and community resources. That mix helps lower the pressure that often leads people back into old patterns.
